End of last month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Katie Wright to the Compliance team.

And instead of doing the usual “welcome” post and moving on, we thought we’d check in after a month to see how she’s settling in (and whether she’s survived the mandatory training).

So here’s the monthly recap: Katie’s first month at Acclaim:

• First things first… mandatory compliance training
• Eating a lot of food!
• Working through policies and procedures
• Introductory meetings across teams to learn more about Acclaim’s services
• Getting up to speed with systems (training, training, training)
• Starting to get involved in compliance tasks
• Eating more food (apparently a theme now)
• Getting familiar with key compliance systems and databases
• Meeting the very cute office puppy 🐾

If month one is anything to go by, we’re in for a good one. 💚
