What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support a small client portfolio and work closely with our Client Services and eGaming Services Managers. Tasks include:

• Liaising with clients
• Preparing meeting minutes and bank applications
• Keeping statutory records up to date
• Supporting with client transfers, resignations, and dissolutions
• Handling day-to-day admin tasks

You’ll also assist our New Business Manager with:

• Onboarding new clients
• Processing payments and returns
• Maintaining new business records

In addition, you’ll support the wider team with:

• Courier arrangements, deliveries, and post
• Answering phones and handling basic office admin
• Ordering stationery and managing supplies

We’re a small team, so flexibility is key. You’ll be expected to pitch in where needed.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should be:

• Comfortable handling admin and client-facing tasks
• Organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail
• Able to follow processes under pressure
• Confident with systems in a paperless office

Experience with payment platforms and AML is a plus, but training is available.
