Who inspires you?

In honor of #InternationalWomensDay, we asked some of the incredible women in our office who inspires them. Their responses are a testament to the strength, support, and impact women bring to each other every day. 💚

Romany:
“The two women that inspire me are my mum and Irena. My mum’s endless support and love have shaped me into who I am today, and I appreciate everything she does for me. Irena is not only my manager but an amazing friend who has helped me grow professionally and as a person.”

Irena:
“Romany inspires me on many levels as my little mentee and friend. She is a feisty young woman hungry for success, never letting life stand in her way. Despite challenges no young woman should have to endure, her positivity and determination push her forward. Every day, I see her grow into a strong, supportive, and inspiring leader.”

Today may be the official celebration, but recognition, appreciation, and empowerment should happen every day.
