Adventure and organisation—that’s Chayil in a nutshell.

As our youngest team member, Chayil brings energy and efficiency to his role as Administration Assistant, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, he’s just as dynamic. On a recent trip to visit his grandparents in Croatia, he embraced family time—and jumped off a few cliffs for fun (yes, you read that right).

Back on the Isle of Man, you’ll find him on the rugby pitch, playing for Vagabonds Rugby Club. Usually number 8, sometimes number 13 (but we’re not talking about that).

Whether it’s tackling challenges at work or on the field, Chayil is always ready for what’s next—and we’re proud to have him on the team.
