Five years in—and just getting started!

Romany Baker joined Acclaim at just 17 as a Junior Administrator. Over the years, she’s grown, thrived, and recently added another achievement to her list: passing the FA2 Accounting Exam.

Her dedication, curiosity, and hard work have taken her from Junior Administrator to Accounts Assistant. Romany’s journey is a testament to what’s possible with perseverance and passion.
