Not every win comes with a trophy.
But that doesn’t make it any less of a win.

At this year’s Junior Achievement IOM Company Programme Final, our sponsored student team, Aventus, didn’t take home the Student Company of the Year title, congrats to ArthEsy from Ballakermeen on that well-deserved win!

But Aventus still made a huge mark.

They earned two standout awards:

• Taxa Genomics Creative Problem Solving Award
  For tackling the real-world challenge of helping babies (and parents) get better sleep. Their product, Serenity, is a smart night lamp that detects crying and responds with calming red light to soothe little ones.

• Celton Manx Limited Public Choice Award
  Voted by the public for empathy, usefulness, and genuine impact. Proof that when you create something people need, they notice.

We’re incredibly proud of the Aventus team for turning a real challenge into a meaningful solution—and for showing what true innovation looks like.
